Today is Vox's first anniversary since the official launch. What's the best experience you've had on Vox in the past year?
Meeting new friends and having a new neighborhood without having to pack or move =)
What gift from a parent do you remember the most?
Submitted by jorge456.
For my 13th birthday, I got a 10 speed from my parents. It came in a box and had to be assembled. I thought it was really cool. We used to get our live Christmas trees that way, too. A live Christmas tree in a box. What a concept!
What would you attempt to do if you knew you could never fail?
Submitted by BeckyPink.
Bungy jump. I always wanted to try it, but was sure if I did I would smack into the ground and, um.....die, so if I knew I wouldn't die, I would definitely bungy jump. And I'd also write a book, because not failing at it would mean bestseller and book tour and that would be cool. I also think I would be an Olympic skier, because how cool would it be to be able to do all those cool jumps and such and not ever fall or anything. Ooo, and iceskating. I would so take on Kristi Y. and be an iceskater because winning the gold would rock and look great next to my skiing medal and my best selling book and the framed picture of me bungy jumping.
It's Monday and I am a risk taker!
What do you have, what do you need and what do you want?
Submitted by Miss Scotch.
I have a low back ache that has been here for a week and won't go away.
I need to lose weight.
I want a new drug....just kidding (bonus points if you know the song and artist connected with that reference). I want some new work out clothes, some chocolate or some Ben and Jerry's Cinnamon Bun ice cream (thanks for making that my newest obsession, Janie) and to have a $1000 show on Saturday.
What decision changed the course of your life?
Submitted by Ally.
I wanted to answer this yesterday, but we had a laptop emergency and were without internet or PC access for several hours. Some of the longest hours of my life.
Anyway.....
The decision that changed the course of my life was deciding to have my oldest son when I was a 17 year old unwed mother. I contemplated the other options, but none of them seemd to fit. Staying pregnant and having my son was the decision that I was at peace with and the decision that changed the course of my life. Instead of skipping off to Florida for college and marrying my highschool sweetheart, I stayed at home, attended a local college and was a single mom for 9 years. Then I met R and answering his email 7+ years ago was another decision that changed the course of my life. But that is a story for another time.
What does your name mean and why did your parents choose it for you?
Submitted by mommy2two.
My name means bittersweet. My parents gave me my name because my paternal grandmother did not like the name my mom originally chose for me. So, they combined my maternal grandmother and paternal grandmother's name (minus one letter each) to get my name. It is an odd spelling for my name so it is always being mispronounced. I am always having to explain why my name is not spelled traditionally. Fun.
You have $100 to spend online in the next hour. How are you going to spend it?
I would love to spend it frivilously, but I would probably spend it on PChef for my show that I need to close tomorrow. It would be nice to add some things to my kit, too, so I do not have to take so many things from my kitchen for my shows.
Blah. I live a boring life.
How many email addresses do you have? What are they for?
Submitted by clippedwings.
I have two - one for personal and one for business. I also check my DH's hotmail account because he gives it out as his personal one, but hardly ever checks it!
What are five things you take for granted?

My husband, my health, my salvation and how much God does for me, the country I live in, and my parents.
What board game are you really good at? Really bad at?
I can definitely rock a CandyLand board, but I suck at Trivial Pursuit =)
